How do I get access?

TradingView is the platform that hosts our Trading signals.

TRADINGVIEW ACCESS

If you purchased any AlgoPro membership, follow the steps below:

1.) Sign up on our website and create a TradingView account at www.tradingview.com

2.) After signing up, go to your TradingView profile to retrieve your username. Your username is only a username, not your email address.

3.) Once you have your TradingView username, go to the link below to submit your username to grant access to. Make sure you submit your correct TradingView username.

3.) After submitting, refresh your TradingView. Wait for up to 15 minutes for our tools to show up under your invite-only scripts section in your indicator drop down. If you have waited that amount of time and still do not see our tools, contact support for assistance at [e-mail]

STRATEGY LAB ACCESS

1.) To gain access to the Strategy Lab, please visit the link below and sign up/register on the new Strategy Lab platform with the exact same email address your purchased AlgoPro with.

3.) Our team will then grant you access during US Business hours and you will receive an email when you have been granted access. Once you receive that email, sign out and sign back in to refresh access. If you don't receive access within 6 US Business hours, please contact [e-mail]

Do older AlgoPro Lifetime members need a new membership to the Strategy Lab platform?

Yes, if you are an existing lifetime member of AlgoPro before the Strategy Lab, that pricing/plan was only applicable to the AlgoPro tools on TradingView (You get all current and future AlgoPro TradingView tools for life.) To access the Strategy Lab (a product outside of TradingView that takes much more time and resources to run and manage) you will need to purchase the Strategy Lab separately. If you don't have an account on the new platform from your old purchase, simply make a new account to purchase the Strategy Lab. Ensure the email that you sign up with on the new account is the same email that you sign up with on the Strategy Lab platform to gain access.

I'm trying to login but cannot find my account?

If you purchased AlgoPro prior to 2024, it's possible you signed up on our old platform before we moved to a new platform. Simply create a new account on the new platform with the same email as your old account. Once you have signed up under the same email, your lifetime order will not show on the new account, but your lifetime membership is already active in our system regardless of what is visible on the new platform.

Why don't I have access?

Make sure the username you used to connect your TradingView account is correct. If so, refresh your browser/app and then check your indicators menu on TradingView again.

If you just created a TradingView account as you signed up for AlgoPro, it may take 5 - 10 minutes to be indexed in TradingView's userbase.

Where do I join the Discord and access the real-time alerts?

What markets and timeframes does AlgoPro work on?

AlgoPro works on any market internationally including stocks, indices, forex, futures and commodities on all timeframes including 1m, 5m, 30m, 1H, 4H, 1D, 1W, etc. You can utilize our tools for scalping, swing trading, or even trading options as well.

There is no "best timeframe" as it really all depends on the current market conditions, your trading style, and other factors. We generally recommend to try trading higher timeframes with but many of our users optimize AlgoPro for lower timeframes and find success.

Is it friendly for beginners?

You don't need much experience to understand the signals & features provided by AlgoPro.

However, trading can be difficult and takes time to learn regardless of the indicators on your charts. If you're new to trading / technical analysis in general, we recommend paper-trading at first and studying risk management until you get familiar with how it all works to build some confidence in trading.

There is no magical indicator, algorithm, robot, EA, or signal provider that will enable you to effortlessly make money in the markets.

Will it trade automatically?

We designed AlgoPro as a system of tools for you to use to create your own & unique trading strategies. You can use third-party platforms like 3Commas to create automated strategies with AlgoPro indicators.
