AlgoPro V1.4 Bot

Strategies ready to go.

The AlgoPro V1.4 Bot is the latest version of the AlgoPro bot tool kit. Unlike the all of our other bots which are very advanced and complex system aimed at advanced traders, the mission of the V1.4 bot is to have an easy to use bot system that any level of trader can understand, while still taking advantage of our advanced algorithms. To accomplish this, the V1.4 bot features preset strategies for different assets on different markets, including crypto, stocks, futures, forex, funds, indices, and more - that you can simply access with the click of a button within the settings panel. We will constantly be improving and adding new preset strategies to help you stay ahead of the market. If you wish to use your own strategy, you can use our bot optimizer to quickly create a winning strategy, as the parameters in the V1.4 bot are much less complex than our Scalper Bot and OptiBot.

Base Mode vs Bot Mode

The V1.4 bot features two modes. The base mode is a mirror mode for the base indicator version of the AlgoPro V1.4. The purpose of the base mode is for you to be able to backtest settings for the indicator version of the V1.4. Base mode turns the V1.4 bot into the basic 1.4 indicator and disables all extra features that are included in the bot mode so you can backtest the original indicator accurately. The only difference between the indicator version of the V1.4 and the base mode is that the strategy version requires a candle to close above a take profit before it will trigger. The Bot Mode of the AlgoPro V1.4 is the full version that is suited for automation as well. This mode includes an extra take profit point, and includes extra trade signal filters to fine tune your strategy more than the base mode. All preset strategies included with the bot are only for bot mode.

Preset Trading Strategies

One of the biggest issues for new traders or for beginners on TradingView is going about how to optimize your settings to find a winning strategy. We are solving this issue by including preset strategies within our bot for you to start on or use. Simply go to the settings panel and click the dropdown under preset settings to find a strategy for the asset you trade. We will constantly be improving current strategies and be adding new strategies for all kinds of assets across all markets. You can see the asset, timeframe, and exchange each strategy is for. To use the bot on futures/cme, you must change the property settings from equity to contracts.

Take Profit / Stop Loss System

The V1.4 Bot includes the same take profit and stop loss system as the base version, however we have added an extra take profit marker for the bot mode and added the ability to trail your stop loss by activating it in the settings. You can also adjust the equity that each take profit closes within the settings panel. If the take profit percentage of take profit 4 is below 100%, you must be using a trailing stop loss or close on opposite signal to close the remaining equity of your trade. This will allow your trade to run longer to capture more of a trade.

Extra Trade Filters for Bot Mode

A very important part of bot trading or automating strategies is fine tuning your signals. We have included a few different signal filters to help you accomplish this that are brand new to our systems. The goal for the V1.4 filter system was to be able to use as few parameters as possible to stay beginning friendly, while still keeping the algorithm as powerful as our others. Using simple price, volume, and trend - you are now able to filter out false signals on the V1.4 better than ever without getting confused. Each filter can be adjusted or enabled/disabled for both longs and shorts.

Active Settings Dashboard

The V1.4 includes an active settings dashboard on your chart that shows what settings are being used at all times. This is very helpful when using a preset strategy so you can see exactly what settings that preset strategy uses. As all preset strategies are liable to updates to improve them, we recommend to record the settings that preset strategy uses by getting the inputs from the dashboard, input them manually, and save the file if you wish to automate a preset strategy to avoid losing those current settings in the future.
